This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team on a 80,000 hectare cattle property as a Governess. This job is based around teaching three school aged children their set work from Longreach SDE.
Main duties include:
Management of school room, school papers and units
Supervising all lessons and set school work/activities
Communicate with teachers and parents
Supervising children outside of school hours on occasions
Other light duties if needed
Previous experience in teaching or as a Governess will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will also be someone who is organised and loves being around children.
Full board and keep plus weekly wage.
Successful applicant must be willing to obtain First Aid/Blue Card.
It is not essential, but if the applicant has their own vehicle it will be useful for them to travel off the Station on days off.
The start date for this position is January/February 2011.
