This is a small 2 bedroom unit so it is easy to clean. All products need to do the job are supplied.
I would look for :
Someone who will show up on time every time
Someone very fast who can get allot done in a short amount of time
To see there I'd or passport for security reasons
Experience in house cleaning with reference
